This is the flagship programme managed by the Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership (PFEL) and Kaivalya Education Foundation (KEF); (PEFL) being a key initiative of Piramal Foundation. The programme prepares Fellows to take on leadership roles as entrepreneurs through a process of imbibing and imparting change management. Many of the KSRM students showed keen interest in the fellowship programme offered by CSR wing of Piramal Group. The Piramal team proposes to be in constant touch with KSRM’s students to ensure participation of some of interested students from MBA(RM) and PG Diploma in Community Development Programme.
