KSRM, KIIT Deemed to be University, hosted a Special Convocation on 5 September 2026, marked by the conferment of the Doctor of Letters (Honoris Causa) upon Dr. Ashok Kumar Panda, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, SAIL.
The honour recognises his distinguished contributions to the steel industry, strategic management, financial stewardship and corporate leadership, and celebrates a remarkable professional journey spanning more than three decades.
