In her talk, Ms. Supreeti emphasized that success in an MBA and beyond is not just about academics but about how you think, adapt, and grow. She also mentioned the profound impact of networking and relationship-building, highlighting how rapport building builds the foundation of trust, collaboration, and influence, enabling individuals to create meaningful connections. Another crucial aspect she touched upon was decision-making and problem-solving in high-pressure situations. Leadership, in her view, is not defined by titles but by ownership and initiatives. Ms. Supreeti urged the students to go beyond their assigned jurisdictions, embrace additional responsibilities, and take charge of their own growth, shaping their journeys with purpose.
